We will only return/exchange the product if the item is found to be defective within 7 days of receipt.
Local Vancouver returns have to be brought back to the Richmond warehouse.
For out of Vancouver purchases, please note that the courier return is at the buyer’s expense. Please take this into consideration before purchase.
