We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only if the item is defective.
When an order is cancelled by the customer before being fulfilled (shipped or picked up) or when the item is not defective, a restocking fee of 3% will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the credit card transaction rate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns/ exchange have to be brought back to the address mentioned above. We do not collect the returns at the buyer's address.
Local and Out of Vancouver returns are at the buyer's own expense.
